The project’s goal was to provide the Florencio Varela Municipality with a set of strategies and tools to plan public transport for the population, together with the private transport in all of its forms, designing a Transport Integrated System that could be leaded and managed by the own municipality. This included a new institutional structure, the definition of the infrastructure component and the design of new services.
FUNIBER contributed to the project with experts in management and technicians to support various phases of the project.
