This program is intended for those who wish to direct all types of projects.
To achieve this, the goal of the Projects Administration program is to teach management and executive skills needed to direct a project.
The program covers the skills for a Project Administrator required for the main stages and tasks of a project, other skills specific to project management (initiation, planning and designing, implementation and monitoring, and closure and post mortem) and the rest to cover topics such as strategic programs or project portfolios.
The Project Administration Program is unique in that both and specific knowledge for project administration is covered in only nine subjects.
