The program is not intended for professionals in the field of physical activity sciences and sport but to other professionals who wish to acquire basic knowledge about the implications of sport and nutrition and apply them in their work environment or in daily life, as a first step for further development in this area.
The Sport and Healthy Lifestyle program is intended to educate the student to improve their level of knowledge, techniques and skills to recognize the relationship between health and the activities of physical sport.
