Health Research

Program Presentation

Research in the health field is of utmost importance to improve health worldwide, whether its objective is to identify problems that enable the improvement of current conditions or to promote scientific innovation in various fields of interest. In general, research allows us to solve scientifically based questions that help improve people's quality of life.

The Health Research program aims to fulfill this purpose, integrating concepts related to epidemiology, biostatistics, and scientific research methodology, thus promoting the development and interpretation of research studies with a solid knowledge base.

Who is the programme for?

The proposed study methodology, together with the content’s clarity, comprehensiveness, and didactic design enables the Health Research program to be aimed at professionals in the health area who wish to learn the basics to properly conduct and interpret scientific research studies.

Diploma

Successful completion of the Program will award the degree of Specialization in HEALTH RESEARCH as issued by the University where the student is enrolled.

Program Structure

  • Being a distance learning Program and not subject to in situ classes, there is no specific starting date, by which the student may complete the enrollment process at any time provided that there is available space.
  • The maximum time available to complete this program is of 12 months. During this time, the student should have submitted all of the corresponding evaluations.

The credit structure for the Health Research Program is as follows:

  CREDITSa DURATIONb HOURS
