    At the Ibero-American University Foundation (FUNIBER) we are very conscious of the need for companies and other institutions from all sectors to train and retrain employees.

    The response to this need is offered through analysis, planning, and program development for professionals from various sectors both national and international through the Iber-American University Foundation-FUNIBER sites in collaboration with universities and other associated institutions.

  • Formative Needs Analysis

    In partnership with the company we carry out needs analysis in order to make sure that the design and implementation of the training program adapts to the strategy required by the organization, with the goal of planning the best possible solution. In this way we create a customized training program for the company and its employees.

  • Curriculum development

    We generate and structure curricular content based on the company´s own archives, and what it needs to transmit to its employees. The information is presented within a pedagogically sound structure. Another option is to create new content that can be adapted to a particular training need.

  • Choice of format

    The means and resources to be used in the training program are carefully chosen to adapt to the company´s specific needs. The different formats include in-class training, educational technology or a hybrid version combining both formats.

    We believe in a methodology that combines online training through a virtual format, along with in-class training. For each company an individual Virtual Campus is created, so that training is customized for its employees.

  • Continuous assessment and follow-up

    It is imperative that a company be familiar with the level of achievement that each of its employees reaches within the training program. It is for this purpose that reports are generated and sent to the directors of the training program so that the results are known and the program may be improved.

    The assessment and follow-up is also intended to help resolve doubts as the training program is carried out, as well as to maintain up-to-date curricular content. This service is provided at the conclusion of the training program.
